Tracking, pixels and campaigns set up properly — so the algorithms find your donors and we get insights we can act on.

@ @ thank you both. I have been AMAZED at how well these ads are doing. So far we are acquiring donors for less than free which feels almost to good to be true.
SOOO we’re running meta ads for ’ Back to School campaign. They’ve been on for like 2 weeks now and they’re performing INCREDIBLY well.
We’ve seen donations from 200+ new donors and 46 new monthly donors from their ads since going live in early August.

I’ve been watching the fundraise up donations come in over the past few weeks. Wow! Meta ads have become an amazing acquisition source for us in such a short time.
I’m especially loving all of the new monthly gifts we’ve been receiving!!!
Thanks so much for helping us get to this place. This new revenue is going to help us serve so many more families with nutritious food.
Yesterday was ’s evergreen campaign’s best day yet with 6 donations! 3 of them monthly!
We are at 100 donations from the Evergreen campaign now. And according to Meta, 60% are new donors.
After some tracking hiccoughs, the campaign became profitable last week with at least 22 donations and its getting lots of very positive engagement!
One more piece of news for you: our campaign had a $3,000 donation today from a new donor. When from our staff called to thank her, she said she heard about us because she saw our ads on her facebook! It was the biggest donation that she has ever been able to give. We thought you’d like to know!
Years of running paid media for charities, with the track record to show for it: positive-return campaigns, donation revenue up, and new donors acquired at a cost that makes sense.
When results dip, we act in hours — not at the next monthly review. And when a winning ad or a timely moment shows up, we seize it before it passes.
Your own dashboard, updated daily — spend, donations, revenue, cost per donor. Check it whenever you want, and get a plain-language read on what it means from us.
Nonprofit budgets are donor money, and we spend yours like it: flat fees, senior hands on your account, and every test capped until it proves itself.
Month to month, and every account — Meta, Google, analytics — is created in your name and stays yours forever.
We work with a handful of organizations at a time, on purpose. Fewer accounts means yours gets real attention every week and the spotlight stays on your cause — not split across a roster. It is also why we sometimes say no.
Plans run from $800/month coaching to full growth marketing from $1,900/month — flat fees agreed up front, never a percentage of your ad spend. The full breakdown of what each plan includes is on our pricing page.
Plan to put at least as much into ad spend as you pay us. Below that the fee eats the return; at or above it, campaigns have room to test, learn, and compound. If your budget is not there yet, we will tell you honestly rather than take the work.
We work month to month, with one exception: we ask for two months at the start. Proper tracking setup plus a real test cycle takes that long — anything shorter and we would be guessing. By the end of those two months you should be seeing results worth talking about.
Then we say so, and you can walk — no penalty and no notice period, even inside those first two months. We would rather end things honestly than keep billing for campaigns that are not returning. Your accounts and data stay yours either way.
Probably. Coaching at $800/month exists for exactly this: smaller teams who want expert guidance without full-service fees. Small budgets can work — what matters is that the money has room to test and learn, not that there is a lot of it.
You do, always. Ad accounts, pixels, and analytics are set up under your organization. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
It starts with a free audit of your current ads and donation funnel. Then we set tracking up properly, launch small, and test honestly — with a live dashboard you can check any day and a plain-language read from us on what it means.
Book the free audit. You'll get a written review of your ads and donation funnel within a week, with clear next steps either way.
December results are built in the fall — tracking tested, creative proven, audiences already warm. Tell us about your cause and the audit is free.
